Lexmark E260 Printer Setup
Offload the printer and take the power cord and the installation CD out of the package.
Pull down the front cover of the printer.
Hold the handle and take out the drum unit.
Discard the protective material and tape.
Insert the drum unit back into its position.
Press the Green button and lift out the toner cartridge.
Rotate the toner in all directions and place it back in the printer.
Close the printer cover.
Extend the paper tray and place the paper on it as directed by the arrows.
Attach the power cord to the printer and then power it up with the power socket.
Download and install the Lexmark e260 driver on your computer.
Connect the printer and computer with a USB cable.
Try printing a test page after completing Lexmark E260 setup.

Verify that the toner cartridge is seated firmly in the printer.
Tap the Menu button on the printer’s control panel.
